Shipping Conditions: - When purchase for the first time, the DT7-TOOL will be hand delivered by one of our technician to provide the initial tool training and as well as accommodate any other accessory within the customer facility. (Training period: 8 hours).
- This equipment takes 3 to 6 weeks to get assembled. Panasonic laptop will be ordered the day of purchased after all documentation and contracts are received as well the full payment of the order as well. Only than we will begin assembling of your the system.
- When laptop order is placed it takes up to 2 weeks for us to receive (Standard Laptop), and another 4 weeks to assemble the system. We advise our customers that it will take 6 weeks maximum in order for us to ship out any Diesel Tech systems orders.
Laptop maintenance and upgrade support. - All in one roof tech support is provided by the Diesel Solutions, Inc Help Desk operated 12 hours daily with emergency paging available.

Remote training and troubleshooting support will be given to our DT7-TOOL customer and technicians for a period of one year, where internet connection is available. Free software updates (one year period). After the one year free updates period ends, please read Diesel Tech year subscription.
